A lifelong Annapolitan, Dr. Holtzman grew up playing several different sports. After graduating from Annapolis High School where he was a triple sport star, he took his talent to Towson University and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree. At Towson, Dr. Holtzman took up rugby, earning All-American Honors, and being selected to represent the U.S. National Rugby Team from 1995 to 1999. After traveling much of the world with his team, he settled in Atlanta, Georgia and spent four years studying chiropractic. He graduated in 2000 and established his practice in Annapolis soon after. He has been treating the community ever since.

Dr. Holtzman lives in Annapolis with his high school sweetheart and their three boys. He is heavily involved with his sons' athletic teams, whether it be coaching, fundsraising, or cheering them on. He is also on the Board of the Directors of the non-profit organization The Friends Foundation to give back to the community that has given him so much. Dr. Holtzman has built a wellness-centered practice by applying the basics of chiropractic with a lifetime of sports-related pain and injuries. If something is bothering you, he's probably been through it and has a working knowledge of how to correct the problem and get back into the game.
